These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LevelFi website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Educational purpose only

LevelFi provides financial education and practice simulations. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by LevelFi or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelFi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses arising from decisions you make based on content in the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Update to your chosen jurisdiction.)
